the location was perfect - it was in a quiet area but still conveniently close to the center of the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast provided was also delicious and offered a variety of options.

Everything met my expectations, no improvements needed.

The apartment at Condominium Hotel Resorts Oliva was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room cool and comfortable.

During my stay, I experienced a minor issue with the stove in the kitchen. However, the handyman was quick to fix it by removing two knobs and suggesting alternative stove tops.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and clean rooms of this hotel. The staff were superb, especially Nouhaila and Jalila, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a key location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Another advantage was the presence of both an outdoor and indoor pool, although I must say the outdoor pool was quite refreshing!

There were a few issues that marred my experience. the manager was always absent and inaccessible, making it difficult to address any concerns that required his intervention.

I recently stayed at Oliva Hotel Condominium for a week-long vacation. The staff was phenomenal, attending to my every need with great enthusiasm. The security measures in place made me feel safe throughout my stay. The location, away from the bustling city, provided a peaceful environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my apartment had everything I needed. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the pool was amazing. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Despite the minor issues with the first apartment, the receptionist promptly arranged for a different apartment, resolving the problem. The only inconvenience was the lack of nearby shops to get supplies, but there is a small shop next door.

Location is far from the city center and there are no nearby shops for basic needs. the Wi-Fi connection is not provided in the rooms which is frustrating.
